Park Manager(s)

We are currently accepting applications for a full-time Park Manager for Wood Mountain Regional Park.  We are seeking applicants who are self-motivated, able to communicate effectively and lead a small staff of part-time workers.  This position can be split between two people (3/4 time each) and as such families or couples are very welcome to apply.  Main duties of this position include scheduling and supervising workers, public relations such as collecting camping fees and handling patron concerns, use of common hand tools and light equipment, cash management including handling cash and balancing, maintenance and repair of the park equipment and property (including regular water quality testing) as well as keeping the park in an orderly fashion.  A valid drivers licence is required.  This is a seasonal position with approximate dates of employment from May 1st until September 15th.  Some evening and weekend availability will be required.  The successful applicant(s) would report directly to the Park Board.  Wage is negotiable and housing is available.  Please send a cover letter and resume to Wood Mountain Regional Park to Box 14, Wood Mountain, SK S0H 4L0 or email at woodmountainrp@gmail.com.

Head Lifeguard


We are currently accepting applications for one Head Lifeguard.  This is a seasonal full time position with some evening and weekend availability required.  Wage is based on qualifications.  Additional benefits include  the reimbursement of 50% of costs of the required training course and books over 2 years of employment as well we offer a campsite at no charge in a designated area of the park.  Required qualifications include NLS Lifeguard Certificate, Swim for Life & Lifesaving Instructor Certificate, and Standard First Aid/CPR-C.


Lifeguards/Instructors

We are currently accepting applications for Lifeguard/ Instructors.  This is a seasonal full time position with some evening and weekend availability required.  Wage is based on qualifications.  Additional benefits include  the reimbursement of 50% of costs of the required training course and books over 2 years of employment as well we offer a campsite at no charge in a designated area of the park.
